Our firm has specialised exclusively in Industrial and Intellectual Property since 1955 , both in research and in consultancy, as well as providing legal services such as legal assistance or defence.

• EUROPEAN PATENT AGENTS (European Patent attorneys) before the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich.
• ACCREDITED REPRESENTATIVES before the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), (Trademarks and Designs) in Alicante.

Our head office is in Madrid, but we also have offices in Alicante, Santiago de Compostela, León, Murcia, Málaga and Palma de Mallorca.

Due to the International aspect of our business, we have a wide network of Agents and lawyers all over the world that have shown their professionalism and adaptability to our style of working. These relationships have grown over the years into a sizeable and reliable exterior network which allows us to offer a first rate service to our clients outside Spain, as well as in business and business consultancy.

It goes without saying that we offer these same services to any and all of our collaborators' clients.

Our staff is made up of engineers, economists, chemists and lawyers who have a wide experience in the sector. Our work tools are among the most advanced, allowing us to offer our clients great speed in the procedures, for example being able to carry out the registration of a trademark in up to half an hour.

As we are connected “on-line” with the main National Patent and Trademark Offices in the world, as well as having access to the most relevant databases, we are able to offer search results in really short spaces of time, which in turn allows our clients to take decisions equally fast.
